1. anodic oxidation
anodic oxidation profile is carried out with sulfuric acid solution with a density of 1.5A/DM2 and a voltage of 18-20 volts to produce a dense anodic oxidation film. After sealing treatment with Ni and Mg, a natural color is obtained, which is the same as that of aluminum. It has strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can form a variety of colors on the surface of the substrate to meet the needs to the greatest extent; it has strong hardness and is suitable for the production of various construction and process materials.
2. Powder Spraying
Powder spraying uses powder coating, and the process uses electrostatic spraying, and then undergoes high temperature curing. It also enhances the adsorption strength of the coating and prevents the paint film from falling off. 3. fluorocarbon paint spraying
products are beautiful and stain-resistant, with excellent resistance to fading, blooming, air pollution, corrosion, ultraviolet cracking and other properties. It is beyond the reach of general coatings to withstand bad weather conditions. It is mainly used in large curtain wall buildings and high-grade door and window projects.
4. Electrophoresis Profile
Electrophoresis has the characteristics of full, uniform, smooth coating and light dissipation. The hardness, adhesion, corrosion resistance, impact performance and permeability of electrophoresis film are obviously better than other processes. It is more wear-resistant, weather-resistant and alkali-resistant than oxidized profiles. The surface is rich in color and luster.
