3. key tasks

(I) comprehensively promote the development of green buildings. first, we will continue to strictly implement the regulations on promoting the Development of Green buildings in Hebei Province, strictly implement the green building standards, and all new civil buildings within the scope of urban construction land determined by the overall planning of cities and towns will be constructed in accordance with the green building standards. among them, buildings invested by the government or mainly invested by the government, large public buildings with a construction area of more than 20000 square meters, and residential areas with a construction area of more than 100000 square meters, construction is carried out in accordance with standards higher than the basic level of green buildings. Prevent substandard building materials from entering the market, promote the green energy-saving technologies, building materials and products included in the catalog, and give priority to the use of green building materials in the construction of the city's engineering projects.
