If the aluminum material is to be bent, stretched, deep-drawn and other forming processes, the fully annealed state has the best formability, on the contrary, the heat-treated state has the worst formability; and series 2 and 7 are second.
(5) Pay attention to the welding performance of aluminum profiles: most aluminum alloys can be welded without any problems, especially some 5 series aluminum alloys specially designed for welding. On the contrary, some 2 series and 7 series aluminum alloys are difficult to weld.
