The centers have finished more than 10 key innovation projects in recent three years, including the research and development of wind-pressure-resistant low-heat-conductivity profiles, the research and development of high-airtightness sound and heat-insulation profiles, the research and development of high-tenacity high-strength profiles, online precision quenching technology and application of extruded large-section aluminum profiles for high-speed trains, the research and development of ultra-anticorrosion photovoltaic solar profiles, the research and development of colorful sprayed acid-resisting technical aluminum alloy profiles, the research and development of bi-color energy-saving eco-friendly aluminum alloy profiles, the research and development of mono-nickel-salt electrolytic coloring process control technology, the research and development of purple bronze electrophoresis aluminum profile process technology, the design, manufacturing, research and development of building aluminum alloy template-style molds, the research and development of novel high-strength high-insulation glue-injected aluminum alloy profiles, the research and development of aluminum matrix composite’s properties determined by different collective alloys and reinforcers, etc., and have obtained provincial monitoring reports in which three reports were listed into provincial technology innovation project.
Currently, The company has more than 200 utility model patents, design patents and invention patents. The company independently researches and develops mono-nickel-salt products, becoming the second aluminum profile processing enterprise mastering this technology in Shandong Province. “Mickel” door & window curtain systems developed by us together with our strategic partners are certified as “China Energy-saving Products” by National Quality Certification Center firstly in Linyi.
